When the Kenyan billionaires come over
Heeyaa!
So my parents called a meeting of the billionaires club members today morning. It was actually a breakfast meeting to discuss some issues.
I wasn't aware, was still Narokp and was woken up by a fleet of thudding helicopters coming in to land.I almost thought the military was having some sort of raid, only to be updated by the buttler.

Im back!!
Heeeyaa!!
First off I have missed this blog! Its been such a while since my last post.
Reason being.. We got married. Yess.. Ok jokes. But we are engaged. And there has been a lot of work we have been doing. Wr have been in Tanzania all this time sorting out the homes we built.
Alexis has been doing much of the interior designing and I have been meeting several investors and buying land all over TZ.
I've had several posts lined up in my drafts and I'll begin poating them later on tonight.

That midnight call!
Last night,at about 1 a.m my real estate project manager called me and said there was an emergency at the site and that I needed to be in Dar es Salaam first thing in the morning. To be honest my heart almost stopped. Sleeping was difficult.
So got to JKIA at about 8 am and flew to Dar(private jet of course, haha!)
Anyways I got to the sight and.. ohh my. THE FIRST HOUSE WAS COMPLETE! If you read my previous posts you will know that I have been working on a large real estate project in Dar for almost a year now. Basically, we're building 25 Luxury/Holiday homes. The first house has been completed and the other 24 will be completed at the rate of 2 houses per month this year. Construction had already begun but at a slower pace, as majority of the focus was on the first house to ensure it was up to my standards. It is. I gave the go ahead.

Throwback Thursday.
Hope your week is good. My uncle sent me this pic he took of me when I was about 8 years old. I remember the day. My parents had just bought their first Helicopter!! They landed it out back of the house. You can imagine my excitement.
I wasn't as happy in the picture because I wanted to go flying immediately but my parents said we had to have lunch first. Which was just a waste of time in my opinion. So I was abit frowny.
But after lunch we had a blast! Of course, first place we went was Narok, to our ranch. Then Rusinga Island to my parent's hotel. We spent the night there and flew back to Nairobi in time for school. I was dropped in school by the chopper. Haha. Oh I went to St. Andrew's Turi, in case you are wondering.
Such a #ThrowBack though! HashTag ForeverRich.

New Millionaires in Kenya.
So the other day I was at Nakumatt Junction and as I was pulling out, I noticed this: a Rolls Royce Ghost. And no, it wasn't dads. Infact, I didn't know whose it was. Strange.
I have also seen pictures and videos of the same individual's Lambourghini. Rumours have it that they belong to a Congolese millionaire currently residing in Kenya.(also, the plates are from Congo).
However, I am glad to see that there are other upcoming millionaires in the country too. Maybe one day they will be rich enough to join our Secret Billionaire's Club! Haha.
But seriously though, He/She has got a good car. I'll look for a way to contact them so that they can be a part of our Billionaires Club.
So as you see, there are many rich Kenyans. Go out there and make a name for yourselves!
and remember..
Keep Winning,Stay Winning.
#Rich.
