That midnight call!

Heeyaa!

Last night,at about 1 a.m my real estate project manager called me and said there was an emergency at the site and that I needed to be in Dar es Salaam first thing in the morning. To be honest my heart almost stopped. Sleeping was difficult.

So got to JKIA at about 8 am and flew to Dar(private jet of course, haha!)

Anyways I got to the sight and.. ohh my. THE FIRST HOUSE WAS COMPLETE! If you read my previous posts you will know that I have been working on  a large real estate project in Dar for almost a year now. Basically, we're building 25 Luxury/Holiday homes. The first house has been completed and the other 24 will be completed at the rate of 2 houses per month this year. Construction had already begun but at a slower pace, as majority of the focus was on the first house to ensure it was up to my standards. It is.  I gave the go ahead.
Started with an idea on paper.

This was the progress as at November 2014.

Before and After.

And the best part is, ALL the homes are already sold out.God has been faithful to me.

Final Chapter of 2014

Heeyaa!

So as promised here is my last post of 2014. For some its been a long year, for some a short year, for many a very tough year. Regardless, what you did with your year was up to you and you live with the consequences, whether positive or negative.

However,we can't dwell on the past for you can't move forward looking behind. It's time to face your actions of the past year and be content for you can't change them now. You can make an effort to make 2015 your best year yet!

So anyways my family and I are rather adventurous and spontaneous. At the last minute we decided that a desert safari and camp would be the perfect way to end the year. We therefore hired 4 Toyota LandCruiser VX's and got our local friends to lead us out to a good location in the desert. We wanted a place which has the view of Dubai so that we don't miss the fireworks display at the stroke of midnight.

The day has been fun and now we are at the camp site surrounded by family, friends, cars, love and a lot of sand! Haha.
I probably wont get a chance to do this at midnight so
☆H A P P Y ⇨N E W⇨ Y E A R ☆

Here are a couple of pictures I took now, from mid day till now.
See you next year.

Keep Winning, Stay Winning.

Out for Dinner.

Heeyaa!

It's been a busy day! Started off at the Karen Country was having brunch with a client of mine. This guy deals in mega transportation. He(or rather his company) has 5 freight ships, two oil tankers. Their ships do transportation of cargo between Africa and Asia. The oil tankers, 1 between South America and Europe, and the other mainly from the Middle East to Australia. This guy seems to have it all. He told me his net worth. I can't even deal.

Anyways, so I was to meet him at Karen Country Club and have lunch with him as we waited for my parents to come and join us. They had been in Hong Kong. They arrived this morning and were at home freshening up and all, before they came. Yes, when its work time, its work time. I also insisted that they should rest and perhaps take the day off. What! My dad said holidays and weekends are their days off. So I re battled by saying "..aren't you guys sleepy?"
My mom replied, "Emirates were kind enough to ensure that we enjoyed our sleep in our private first class suites on board the A380..." I really couldnt argue with that.

Oh so for those who are wondering, they flew from Hong Kong to Dubai on an Emirates A380, first class as mom has clearly stated above. They then joined some of their business partners in Dubai and flew back together on my moms private plane. (pictures in a future post).

Aaaaaniways, so the parents came, we had our meeting at The Country Club and that was that. The business meeting was quite successful and as a result Alexis had the idea that we should surprise my parents with dinner at Laico Regency, just about an hour ago. They agreed and are getting ready as I write this post,

I had Ronald pull up the white baby out the side of the house, then I gave him the night off. Im driving the White baby, the Rollie, tonight, I'm the chauffeur, Alexis is the Bodyguard and my parents are the bosses, as usual!
Theres the baby,,

Enjoy your night folks,

Party Time Country Style!

Heeyaa!

Its Saturday. The crew is here. We're in Narok. There's food. There's drinks. There's SUN. There's music. There's a swimming pool. Ohh yeah you guessed it! POOL PARTY TIME!

So this is just going to be a short post, Alexis called a special vet to look at her horse as it has been ill for a couple of days. The vet said he is busy until Monday morning, so that's the only time he will be available. So for now he has just told us to administer some medicine. Ohh, the horse is called Racine pronounced Rashinee.

So Alexis is a little bummed out but I know a party always gets her happy. I may also have bought her a new necklace but that's a story for another day.

Here we are at the pool, located at the ranch. The sun is out magnificently today. The crew is here and its time to have an EPIC BLAST!

Excuse the bales of hay, but we have several horses at the ranch.

Enjoy your weekend people. Remember to love the life you live, and live the life you love! Seize the day. Carpe Diem.

Sunset In Malindi,

Heeyaa!

So i got a kind of sad text from a friend of mine saying "Dude,,, New Years EVE Beachlife party has been CANCELLED." Haha i know you were thinking it was something serious, but oh well, this is. Apparently the New years Party usually held in Mombasa will not be taking place this year. My crew and I always frequent this joint because Kenyan Parties are all we ever want.

The crew and I met up at the Hemmingways for lunch and after a short deliberation, we decided to go to Malindi for the weekend(and the whole of next week as well) just to keep the 'sad news' out of our minds. It goes without stay that we could literally wake up and decide to go to any city we feel like and party our brains out, as we do every other month, but thats not the plan for this weekend, because nothing beats a party in your home country. I really do mean it, I've been to Mykonos, Miami, London, Paris, Dubai even Hong Kong! you name it. But Nothing and I mean Nothing beats a Kenyan Beach Party. Yupp. We're that spontaneous. We meet. Decide. Fly.

So we got here in my Parents private plane(I'll post pictures when we're flying back.) We landed in Malindi something like 2pm(No one really bothers to check the time when you are having fun..)

It isn't all fun and games though. No, i lied. Tomorrow morning we're heading to the port, to get ontop the yatch to go sport fishing and then have a swell party on the Yatch deck with a couple of friends. Its going to be E.P.I.C. Cant wait.

Here I am enjoying the sunset at our beach in Malindi, enjoying the suns last few rays of the day. Cherish every moment.

Stay Winning, Keep Winning.
