When the Kenyan billionaires come over
Heeyaa!
So my parents called a meeting of the billionaires club members today morning. It was actually a breakfast meeting to discuss some issues.
I wasn't aware, was still Narokp and was woken up by a fleet of thudding helicopters coming in to land.I almost thought the military was having some sort of raid, only to be updated by the buttler.

Polo Time!
So as promised, here is the next post. Many of my rich friends showed up at our Narok ranch for a game of polo thereafter we are going back to my Home in Karen Hardy(well, my parents home haha) for dinner. This is will be no ordinary dinner as all members of our secret community of Kenyan Billionaires will be in attendance. I will elaborate in yet another post specifically to explain to you what goes on at such meetings. So look out for that post later on tonight.
Anyways, here is Racine, Alexis' favourite horse! If you recall she was unwell last year, but is doing great and Alexis played with her. Racine couldn't have been in better form!

QUITE BUSY
Heeya!
So how are you guys doing? Anybody miss me? Or my posts atleast?
I have been extreemely busy. Contrary to popular belief,my life is not some constant party. Yes there are weeks when I just decide to spoil my friends and I and just party non-stop. There are other days when its all about work! From early morning meetings to late night dinners with clients. From site visits to going to charity homes to donate cash clothes and stuff.
So the past couple of weeks I have been really busy. One of my business partners has had a secret project in the works for months now. He has been courting some investors frim France for our Real estate peojects in Tanzania. Moreover, the investors were so impressed with our portfolio that they invited us for more meetings in France with possible investment opportunity.
As you can tell this is awesome news and as a result we went to my friends home in Runda for lunch, just to celebrate. This was a formal celebratiin though as all business partners were around,no games, just a fomal cocktail party.
Here is the baby, dressed in white,as always. Mind you my birthday is on Saturday and my parents have been letting me enjoy the Rollie for a long time now. No number plates yet. I dont know what they are up to, Hehehe.

The C.R.E.W
So I promised I would write a post about the crew. Now these here hommies are what I would call my day 1. These people have been with me through thick and thin. They have always supported me and as such are my number 1 support system outside from my immediate family.
We all have those friends who would lie in court to save you. The type of friends whom you consider your family. The type pf friends you can't go an hour without thinking about. The type of friends who have seen you through every special moment in your life. The type of friends who have been around at all your birthdays, the ones who helped you when you were bullied in high school, and the ones who helped you beat up your bullies once you went to the gym and got muscles. The type of friends who almost burned your moms kitchen when they thought they were cooks. The type of friends who help you fix your dads Range Rover when you stole it at 15 years and wrecked it at the gate before you really went anywhere and you only had one night to fix it before they returned from their business trip. Haha that in itself is a story for another day.
Basically, these guys have my back and I have theirs too, till the grave! Our parents are close friends, our family members are friends, we Vacation together, We play together, We make money together, We all live in the same neighbourhood, we live and love together.
So here we are Vacationing off the South of France Last Summer(i.e this year Summer). Location- Montpellier,France. This was our first day, we had just arrived that morning.
#ThrowbackThursday
Earlier in the morning Alexis and I went to play golf with a potential partner. Obviously I made him look good i.e I played badly to massage his ego so that he may be inclined to agree to my business proposal. He suggested we have one more meeting before we put pen to paper. Things are looking good.
So here's a throwback picture from when we went to pick the new Rolls Royce from the Jomo Kenyatta international aiport. It arrived at about 8 am. My parents sent Alexis and I to go and check it out. Our guy at the KRA-Kenya Revenue Authority- had already sent the relevant papers after mom sent the final payment.
This car will replace my parents' old rolls royce ghost that they bought in 2008. The black one that we've had here in Nairobi all this time. It was sold and they have upgraded. Funny thing though, they had the option to buy an either a black one(for Dad) or a red one(for Mom) but they bought a white one. It's funny because only my cars are white. Whats even funnier is that my birthday is a day before christmas.. Ohh My. This will be an interesting christmas.
There were no journalists but somehow someone(probably those workers at JKIA posted the pics online.) My parents were so cross with me, thinking I leaked the pictures. So i'll post one pic that I found, then a couple of others I took a few days ago(because you have to keep the haters on their toes.)
Off to play Golf with a potential Business Partner.
Good Morning people. Rise and grind.
Today I'm up early because I have a meeting with a very important client. This guy wants to invest in shares in my Real Estate project in Tanzania. He wants to put about 60 million Kenyan shillings in the project. That would give us substantial impetus in the project and push back the project time frame by 3 months. So I'm meeting him over a game of golf at the Muthaiga Golf Club. I better make him look good. Ha! That's business.
That may not sound like much but in real estate business, it makes a world of difference. Time is everything. My parents have taught me that if you can deliver a product/project/service in the required time-frame or earlier, your reliability factor goes up. Business chatter grows and more people will consider your company for projects as you can deliver on time.
Ronald(parents driver for the past 5 years) pulled up the Mercedes CLS out for me. Its Dad's everyday car but today im cruising in it. Alexis is riding back left cause she is my Queen, I dont midn where I sit,
Time to go and make money. Good day people.

2 Yachts ;)
So as promised in my previous post, here are pics of the yachts.
We're currently somewhere off the coast of Malindi, some few hundred kilometers in a private location where only the Secret Billionaires who reside in Malindi and their friends who are also Billionaires know about. Basically, if you're not in the Kenyan Billionaires Secret Club, you can not sail in these waters. This area is highly guarded by the trusted Kenyan Navy at a high premium, for the luxury and safety of the billionaires who sail here to "play" and relax.
I really can't write much as we're still on a "No Technology/Devices" policy and im literally breaking the rules. The consequence- the device gets smashed immediately.Right now im using my iPhone for the pictures and Macbook to post. Im taking such a huge risk!
Brunch With Alexis in Malindi
Good Morning,
Hope y'all are having a good Saturday?
So as i told you, today is all about partying! We're already warming up for the yacht party.Been a week of hard work. After signing the huge real estate contract in Tanzania and making potentially 6 dollar figures. Yup, somewhere in the millions of dollars. Its basically my company's money but i do get to spend it, after all, I pay myself. (Yea; Take a hint- invest in Real Estate- be smart about it though)
Meanwhile, I took this pic as Alexis and I were having brunch as we woke up late. We had a late night yesterday. We basically stayed on the beach around a bonfire, eating and chilling with the crew. And there was a strict "No Technology/Devices" policy at the bonfire. Basically meaning my friends and I were to keep all our phones, laptops and iPod's away and just enjoy each other's company. Trevor had his guitar and we sung all sorts of songs all up until 3 AM. We then went to sleep at the beach house.Yeah, so that's the reason we woke up late.
Since we're at the coast we got the chef to prepare for us some Japanese-styled sea food. My favorite is the sauteed prawns and rice.. among others. I don't bother to know the names of the other foods we were having, as long as there was no octopus, squid, raw snake and so on,i was down to eat it all! Excuse my ignorance but I only eat seafood because of Alexis.
I'll post pics of the yacht once we are on board, pretty much in a few hours.
Enjoy your weekend.

Sunset In Malindi,
So i got a kind of sad text from a friend of mine saying "Dude,,, New Years EVE Beachlife party has been CANCELLED." Haha i know you were thinking it was something serious, but oh well, this is. Apparently the New years Party usually held in Mombasa will not be taking place this year. My crew and I always frequent this joint because Kenyan Parties are all we ever want.
The crew and I met up at the Hemmingways for lunch and after a short deliberation, we decided to go to Malindi for the weekend(and the whole of next week as well) just to keep the 'sad news' out of our minds. It goes without stay that we could literally wake up and decide to go to any city we feel like and party our brains out, as we do every other month, but thats not the plan for this weekend, because nothing beats a party in your home country. I really do mean it, I've been to Mykonos, Miami, London, Paris, Dubai even Hong Kong! you name it. But Nothing and I mean Nothing beats a Kenyan Beach Party. Yupp. We're that spontaneous. We meet. Decide. Fly.
So we got here in my Parents private plane(I'll post pictures when we're flying back.) We landed in Malindi something like 2pm(No one really bothers to check the time when you are having fun..)
It isn't all fun and games though. No, i lied. Tomorrow morning we're heading to the port, to get ontop the yatch to go sport fishing and then have a swell party on the Yatch deck with a couple of friends. Its going to be E.P.I.C. Cant wait.
Here I am enjoying the sunset at our beach in Malindi, enjoying the suns last few rays of the day. Cherish every moment.
Stay Winning, Keep Winning.
