Heeyaa!
Good Morning people. Rise and grind.
Today I'm up early because I have a meeting with a very important client. This guy wants to invest in shares in my Real Estate project in Tanzania. He wants to put about 60 million Kenyan shillings in the project. That would give us substantial impetus in the project and push back the project time frame by 3 months. So I'm meeting him over a game of golf at the Muthaiga Golf Club. I better make him look good. Ha! That's business.
That may not sound like much but in real estate business, it makes a world of difference. Time is everything. My parents have taught me that if you can deliver a product/project/service in the required time-frame or earlier, your reliability factor goes up. Business chatter grows and more people will consider your company for projects as you can deliver on time.
Ronald(parents driver for the past 5 years) pulled up the Mercedes CLS out for me. Its Dad's everyday car but today im cruising in it. Alexis is riding back left cause she is my Queen, I dont midn where I sit,
Time to go and make money. Good day people.

Aftermath of the Yacht Party
Heeyaa!
Hope y'all had a smashing weekend like I did. So let me give y'all a little update, about the yacht party. We were out at sea from mid-day Saturday to yesterday evening. Yes, we partied on the yacht for a whooooole 24 hours. Maan, it was crazy.
At first it was just my crew and I, plus some other rich friends we had invited. That brought us to about 40 people. It was all swell. The DJs were rocking, there was endless supply of drinks and food and the lights shows were amazing. We got multi-colour light displays under the water so we could see what was going on in the sea. Such a majestic sight.
Anyways at about 2AM one of the guys we had invited decided to leave so he called his chopper and he left. We thought he had gone completely. Shock on us. His chopper returned about an hour later, and not with him alone, he went to some club called Casablanca in Mombasa and got like 10 random people to join him. We were a bit skeptical at first cause we don't like strangers but we're not snobs so they came on board. Boy- don't these Coastarians know how to throw it down! These dudes came and showed us how to party- Coast Style! They taught us several dance moves..ohh! It was such a swell time! They didn't stay for too long and by crack of dawn they had left on Charlie's chopper.
So we watched the sun rise, at sea. Not even worried about a thing. It was such a majestic time, I'm glad Alexis was with me. It was totally a moment for lovers. And it pretty much was cause all the singles were..umm.. "missing in action" or engaged in other "battles". Either way the view was amazing and I didn't capture it for you guys as there was still a strict "No Technology/Devices" policy. Hmph, about that by the way..
So right after my last post on Saturday I was busted carrying my laptop. I had just finished the post and I was going to hide it, thinking no one had seen me. So, as per the deal, they broke my Mac Book!!! As in they literally took it and bashed it against the yachts guard rail. Just like that it was destroyed. I couldn't even deal. LOL Joke. I'm not the type to get attached to material things cause they are here in abundance and hold no sentimental value anyways("says the guy with 6 luxury cars haha" _Alexis). I wasn't too happy though cause it was kind of immature for them to literally break it. Worst of all is that no one ele had carried any devices so I'm the only one who lost out. That didn't spoil my mood and I had a great party either way.
I'm also really grateful for the Kenya Navy/Coast Guard who were with us from Saturday afternoon, all through the night as we partied till Sunday evening as we sailed back to Malindi. There's no telling what could have happened to us with all these Somali pirates lurking in the shadows. To be honest though- some of my friends were fascinated by the fact that we could have been attacked at any point especially at dawn. They're twisted like that.
We spent last night in Malindi and flew back this morning. Back to grinding and making money.
Ohh and I woke up to a beautiful gift from Alexis, the iPhone 6! She said she noticed that i wasn't too happy about them smashing my Mac Book especially since she is the one who ratted me out. Love this girl to bits! x

so here's my spoilt lappy. Since all my data is on my iCloud account i just threw it away. Bought a new one today.
What got me really happy though, was the iPhone 6 from Alexis. Christmas all year round. :)
Found this on my bed side when I woke up. Fellas, when you get a good girl, you will not only know it, but you will experience it every day of your life.

Brunch With Alexis in Malindi
Heyaaa!
Good Morning,
Hope y'all are having a good Saturday?
So as i told you, today is all about partying! We're already warming up for the yacht party.Been a week of hard work. After signing the huge real estate contract in Tanzania and making potentially 6 dollar figures. Yup, somewhere in the millions of dollars. Its basically my company's money but i do get to spend it, after all, I pay myself. (Yea; Take a hint- invest in Real Estate- be smart about it though)
Meanwhile, I took this pic as Alexis and I were having brunch as we woke up late. We had a late night yesterday. We basically stayed on the beach around a bonfire, eating and chilling with the crew. And there was a strict "No Technology/Devices" policy at the bonfire. Basically meaning my friends and I were to keep all our phones, laptops and iPod's away and just enjoy each other's company. Trevor had his guitar and we sung all sorts of songs all up until 3 AM. We then went to sleep at the beach house.Yeah, so that's the reason we woke up late.
Since we're at the coast we got the chef to prepare for us some Japanese-styled sea food. My favorite is the sauteed prawns and rice.. among others. I don't bother to know the names of the other foods we were having, as long as there was no octopus, squid, raw snake and so on,i was down to eat it all! Excuse my ignorance but I only eat seafood because of Alexis.
I'll post pics of the yacht once we are on board, pretty much in a few hours.
Enjoy your weekend.

Sunset In Malindi,
Heeyaa!
So i got a kind of sad text from a friend of mine saying "Dude,,, New Years EVE Beachlife party has been CANCELLED." Haha i know you were thinking it was something serious, but oh well, this is. Apparently the New years Party usually held in Mombasa will not be taking place this year. My crew and I always frequent this joint because Kenyan Parties are all we ever want.
The crew and I met up at the Hemmingways for lunch and after a short deliberation, we decided to go to Malindi for the weekend(and the whole of next week as well) just to keep the 'sad news' out of our minds. It goes without stay that we could literally wake up and decide to go to any city we feel like and party our brains out, as we do every other month, but thats not the plan for this weekend, because nothing beats a party in your home country. I really do mean it, I've been to Mykonos, Miami, London, Paris, Dubai even Hong Kong! you name it. But Nothing and I mean Nothing beats a Kenyan Beach Party. Yupp. We're that spontaneous. We meet. Decide. Fly.
So we got here in my Parents private plane(I'll post pictures when we're flying back.) We landed in Malindi something like 2pm(No one really bothers to check the time when you are having fun..)
It isn't all fun and games though. No, i lied. Tomorrow morning we're heading to the port, to get ontop the yatch to go sport fishing and then have a swell party on the Yatch deck with a couple of friends. Its going to be E.P.I.C. Cant wait.
Here I am enjoying the sunset at our beach in Malindi, enjoying the suns last few rays of the day. Cherish every moment.
Stay Winning, Keep Winning.

A little about me,,
Heyaaa!
So yesterday my girlfriend and I were having breakfast at The Hemmingways Hotel in Karen Nairobi, just as we always do every Weekend after our morning workout. Anyways, so as we were watching the sun rise, my girlfriend mentioned to me how lucky she was to be with me. Furthermore, she mentioned how interesting it would be for Kenyans to have a glimpse into our life.
It is then that i realized that I should start a blog. Not to brag or anything, but to give people a sneak peak into my life, how it is to be the son of a Kenyan billionaire power couple. She(the girlfriend) said that aside from my circle of friends(whom i will introduce at a later date)are the only ones who really know how it is to be in the position that I am in. Moreover she said it would be a good idea to let people know just how we live..the things we do for fun..the places we visit..because people always have this misconstrued view of wealthy people, plus she said blogging is fun! Ohh well.. its always worth a try. :)
So here I am, im letting you into my life.. to read and imagine how my life is,,
OK so what first...Mmh, Oh yeah OK, So my name is Richard(Cant share my surname for obvious security reasons.) ;)
Im 20 yrs old, born in July 23,1994 at St. Mary's Hospital, Westminister London.( I'd post the video of my birth here but that would be too much now, wouldn't it? hahaa)
Im an entrepreneur by birth,by right, by association, be relation, by blood,,because..i don't need to work for anyone(aside from my parents because my they are the pillars of my success.) I mean, they are the billionaire couple, not me.. Im running several of my Parents' businesses. I have a couple of businesses of my own, beer transportation and distribution, a ranch in Narok County,Kenya, a coffee Import&Export company and an International Property Investor and Realtor( best part of my life because I get to travel..A LOT!)
Mmh,,what else..? Oh! I have a small sister who is the most spoilt child in the World! Oh and I stay in Karen on a 10-acre ranch that has been our family home for 3 generations now(passed down from my grandfather). Id really like to share a lot more but my parents are realle conscious of the information we share with the public due to safety & security reasons so I will keep the sensitive info to a minimum. I know what you're asking yourself and yes, they do know about this blog. In-fact when the Girlfriend(I'll introduce her to y'all a little later) ran the idea by them, they encouraged my to open the blog. They've been ever so supportive in all that I've wanted to to..my WHOLE LIFE.
Ok, so my girlfriend is called Alexis and we have been dating for the past 5 years, friends since we were 3 years old. Her parents and mine have been business partners for over 30 years(I think we are already in an arranged marriage but that's a story for another day.. Haha!)
So.. about pictures, I'll only post those that don't expose my(or my families) identity for reasons stated above.
Ohh and one more important thing, due to the nature of my business, I may post about thrice a week 'cause i get really busy but i'll post as much as I can because its a new experience for me and I'd like y'all to share the experience with me.
Keep Winning,
#Rich.
