Heeyaa!

We just had pre drinks at Prestige Plaza where we were meeting up,time to head to the club! Got about a million shillings to blow! If you find me I'll buy drinks ;)

When the Kenyan billionaires come over

Heeyaa!

So my parents called a meeting of the billionaires club members today morning. It was actually a breakfast meeting to discuss some issues.

I wasn't aware, was still Narokp and was woken up by a fleet of thudding helicopters coming in to land.I almost thought the military was having some sort of raid, only to be updated by the buttler.

So this is what i saw when I went out to the yard. They were a total of 5 Helicopters. I dont even want to tell you what they had for breakfast. Haha. We're now on our way to Narok to see our horses. Another post coming up real quick.

Heeyaa!

So the houses are all complete. We have just signed the final lease agreement with a local bank that is purchasing two houses for its managers.meetin the houses have been bought by investors,Tanzanianz and one Kenyan. Money in the bank. Business sealed.

This picture was taken earlier as the helicopter landed to ferry us back to Nairobi. Its been real Tanzania. Until we meet again!(Probably next month haha)

it was a beautiful day in Dar. Now im in Karen and it is really chilly. The Billionaires Club are coming to our residence for early dinner to do networking and strategy meeting. And also to welcome some new Kenyan Billionaires to our network.
I'll definitely make a post later at night.

Im back!!

Heeeyaa!!

First off I have missed this blog! Its been such a while since my last post.

Reason being.. We got married. Yess.. Ok jokes. But we are engaged. And there has been a lot of work we have been doing. Wr have been in Tanzania all this time sorting out the homes we built.

Alexis has been doing much of the interior designing and I have been meeting several investors and buying land all over TZ.

I've had several posts lined up in my drafts and I'll begin poating them later on tonight.

Here are the engagement rings I bought Alexis cause I couldnt decide on one.
Obviously she loved all of them. Price you ask? £100,000 for all four rings. Only the best for my love.
Stay tuned for the other posts.

That midnight call!

Heeyaa!

Last night,at about 1 a.m my real estate project manager called me and said there was an emergency at the site and that I needed to be in Dar es Salaam first thing in the morning. To be honest my heart almost stopped. Sleeping was difficult.

So got to JKIA at about 8 am and flew to Dar(private jet of course, haha!)

Anyways I got to the sight and.. ohh my. THE FIRST HOUSE WAS COMPLETE! If you read my previous posts you will know that I have been working on  a large real estate project in Dar for almost a year now. Basically, we're building 25 Luxury/Holiday homes. The first house has been completed and the other 24 will be completed at the rate of 2 houses per month this year. Construction had already begun but at a slower pace, as majority of the focus was on the first house to ensure it was up to my standards. It is.  I gave the go ahead.
Started with an idea on paper.

This was the progress as at November 2014.

Before and After.

And the best part is, ALL the homes are already sold out.God has been faithful to me.

Throwback Thursday.

Heeyaa!

Hope your week is good. My uncle sent me this pic he took of me when I was about 8 years old. I remember the day. My parents had just bought their first Helicopter!! They landed it out back of the house. You can imagine my excitement.

I wasn't as happy in the picture because I wanted to go flying immediately but my parents said we had to have lunch first. Which was just a waste of time in my opinion. So I was abit frowny.

But after lunch we had a blast! Of course, first place we went was Narok, to our ranch. Then Rusinga Island to my parent's hotel. We spent the night there and flew back to Nairobi in time for school. I was dropped in school by the chopper. Haha. Oh I went to St. Andrew's Turi, in case you are wondering.

Such a #ThrowBack though! HashTag ForeverRich.

Thats Dad and the pilot behind me.

New Millionaires in Kenya.

Heeyaa!

So the other day I was at Nakumatt Junction and as I was pulling out, I noticed this: a Rolls Royce Ghost. And no, it wasn't dads. Infact, I didn't know whose it was. Strange.
I have also seen pictures and videos of the same individual's Lambourghini. Rumours have it that they belong to a Congolese millionaire currently residing in Kenya.(also, the plates are from Congo).

However, I am glad to see that there are other upcoming millionaires in the country too. Maybe one day they will be rich enough to join our Secret Billionaire's Club! Haha.

But seriously though, He/She has got a good car. I'll look for a way to contact them so that they can be a part of our Billionaires Club.

So as you see, there are many rich Kenyans.  Go out there and make a name for yourselves!
and remember..

Quality Time with Dad

Heeya!

So I flew back from Dar this morning and guess who was there to pick me? I was expecting Alexis but it was Dad!!! Was too happy to see my Ol' Man waiting for me. He drove the white Rolls Royce. Yes. He drives himself every other day. Wouldn't you do the same if you had a 25 million shilling car? haha.

If you were in JKIA today morning you might have noticed something strange. Or not.
We never use the main entrance thats for sure. For those who don't know there is another VIP entrance for VVIP. Top government officials sometimes use it when they want to travel incognito, but due to State obligations its mostly reserved for the Ultra-Rich in Kenya!
So anyways I flew in on Moms private Jet. Dad picked me and told me we were going to Narok for an important meeting. I thought it was just business as usual.

Here we are at one of the Shell petrol stations in the country.(its your mission to find out which one) haha.

So we got to Narok in the afternoon like we always do. We went straight to our ranch and in the garden I saw something beautiful. Dad had asked one of our chefs to prepare a special lunch for me.Turns out my Ol'Man just wanted to spend an afternoon with his boy. I was so touched.
All this was for me! Nothing new here, but the thought that Dad drove me all the way just to have lunch was out of this world. My dad gets extremely busy but he took a whole Monday off for me.Reminds me that Family is very important. This week, do something special for your family members. AND remember, its not Monday's that suck. Its your life!! Change that!

Ferrari Nights

Heeya!

Been really busy the last couple of weeks. Currently in Dar,Tanzania, checking up on my Real Estate projects here.

Met some "New Year,New Money" millionaires last night. They threw an outrageous party!!

Then we ended up in our cars. Empty roads,Fast cars. Bad combination. We ended up racing all night till the crack of dawn!

Here is the only pic I remembered to take for y'all. Look,Alexis was calling, she was pretty cross with me for not going home last night. Ohh my.
In the Ferrari 458. At the crack of dawn.

New Car Baby!

Heeyaa!!

So as i told you I had gone car shopping. Unfortunately I didnt find any car worth my money. We already have all the cars worth buying. So Alexis and I went and spent the evening at Karen Country Club. Got home two hours ago.

Then I found what My Parents had been upto today. They had imported this for me last week, from Dubai! Couldn't even believe it. I still have to pay them back(exactly Ksh. 12.8 million or $140,000) but yoo! Its nothing!

Apparently Alexis was in on it too.Whose parents do that? Only if they're billionaires. Haha.

Wanted to take it for a spin but mom has said "its Monday morning boy,go to sleep. You have work tomorrow." Can't argue. Not now atleast. haha.

New Car baby. Mercedes S63AMG ;)
Look at my new ride. Today she sleeps by the front door. She aint ready for the garage yet.

Which car today?

Heeyaa!

Hope your Sunday is going well? So as I had told you in one of my previous posts, I'm meant to buy new a car today! However on my way out, I was in a dilemma. Which car would I drive to the Car lot? Hahaha. Its strange but quite a task picking a car  #RichProblems.

Either way, I'm going to buy a car at Valley Road Motors because they have about the best cars in Kenya. Apart from Rolls Royce,Maserati,Lambourghini,Ferrari and so on. Lol. My family already owns these luxury cars,so I'm looking for an everyday car. Maybe a Mercedes S Class or Bentley or Audi.

Mom already has an S Class so I may not get that one. Or maybe I will. I'd like to know what y'all think.

Here the cars we have in Nairobi. Dad left with the white Rolls Royce in the morning.

Another beautiful afternoon in Nairobi..
So i'll probably go with the Range Rover.

Polo Time!

Heeya!

So as promised, here is the next post. Many of my rich friends showed up at our Narok ranch for a game of polo thereafter we are going back to my Home in Karen Hardy(well, my parents home haha) for dinner. This is will be no ordinary dinner as all members of our secret community of Kenyan Billionaires will be in attendance. I will elaborate in yet another post specifically to explain to you what goes on at such meetings. So look out for that post later on tonight.

Anyways, here is Racine, Alexis' favourite horse! If you recall she was unwell last year, but is doing great and Alexis played with her. Racine couldn't have been in better form!
Alexis taught Racine to droop her tongue whenever she is happy. Haha. Naughty horse.

These are the other Rich Kenyan Kids who came to join us for Polo. What a fun way to spend our afternoon! Money makes for a fun lifestyle!

So after the game we will hang out for a bit until the sun sets(because Narok sun sets are beautiful) then we will go to my place, Karen, for the dinner and meeting!

Abu Dhabi Shenanigans

Heeya!

So as i told you in my last post,Khalfan* and I took his new $400,000 car for a spin on the nice smooth roads of Abu Dhabi! Yoh! I thought Tanzania's roads were smooth and good, until I drove on these Abu Dhabi roads at over 100 Mph. Surely we should have been stopped by the cops, but when your half-cousin in a prince, you tend to get away with A LOT!

I cant even write much about what we did! haha but we had fun! From about 11pm UAE time up till 7a.m we were out, clubbing, dancing, driving(no drinking) and so on.. you know, rich mans stuff, gentleman's secret.
We drove to and from Dubai severaL times. To see who would do the journey in the best time. The best results were as follows: Khalfan* 1Hour 9 minutes, Rich, 1Hour 16 minutes. It was not a fair race, he had home advantage. haha.

This is the last photo I took as Khalfan was taking me to the hotel in the morning. I was surprised to find Alexis in bed cause I left her at the palace. Turns out they got choppers. Many of them. Ohh my. haha Dubai, Adopt me!

This is not a 'fresh post' as such. Its a recollection of what happened a couple of nights ago. My posting has been lacking ever since I got to Dubai, sorry! Too much fun!

Dinner with an Arabian Prince.

Heeyaa!

So as I told you in my previous post Khalfan* was to take my whole family for dinner. That includes ally cousins who came, plus Alexis' entire fam. Yeah, this guy is beyond loaded! For those who didn't catch it,he's an oil tycoon and the heir to a very large empire.
Khalfan* is very flashy,he's got a lot of money and he isn't afraid to show it. He sent a fleet of 6 Rolls Royce Ghost's to pick us up.Couldnt even capture all of them.

The Rollies pulled up in a convoy, waiting for us.

So after being picked up, we were chauffeured to Abu Dhabi, where Khalfans palace is. The ride was a bit long but quite comfortable. We arrived at a magnificent palace. It was nothing like I had seen before! My family is full of billionaires but this guy makes us look like poor church mice! Hahaha!
Anyways we had a meal only comparable to 7 star dining. After that we had very expensive champagne. Khalfan himself said," only the finest and most expensive champagne for my friends and family..". Now, when an Arabian prince says something is expensive, TRUST it is expensive!

Managed to sneak this pic inside the palace. Photography is strictly forbidden.(But im family,so I can risk it.) This is us having champagne at the palace lounge. Thats Khalfan* right there. You won't be able to tell his identity. haha.
So as I told you he bought a new Lambo, here it is:

This guy motivates me to work harder. Though I cant get anywhere close to his #OilMoney. haha

So after this,as you can see, we went out for a ride. Just him and I. Our ladies remained at the palace. That ride was such a trip. Im in love with the UAE!

Top of the day?

Heeyaa!!
Top of the day to you my good lady. And to you too my good sir. Haha look at me trying to revive my jolly ol'British side. Haha. I'd be better off greating you in Swahili-Habari yako?

Anyways,im relaxing at the beach with Alexis and the rest of our family members. Enjoying the breeze,as well asthe view. Dubai really is an incredible place.
Today has been rather slow after our heavy brunch. Haha.

Anyways Khalfan* has just tipped me off that he has replaced his now written-off Lamborghini Aventador..with a.. wait for it, another Lamborghini Aventador. I know. There is no end to this guys money. Perks of being an oil tycoon, and the prince to his Fathers massive empire. Ohh my.

So his Family has invited mine for dinner later on in the evening,at a location that will be disclosed to us.Khalfan likes to play such games. Haha. So I will post again in the evening once we fet to our location, for now, just enjoying the day with the family.

The Burj Al Arab. The world first 7Star restaurant. This is my current view from the beach.

Enjoy your day.

Pray for Alexis.

Heeya!
So yesterday Alexis and I went to visit a couple of Arab friends of mine. One of them is the Son rememb very top ranking personality in the government.I'll call him Khalfan* (real name withheld for eh,security reasons. You know). You however saw him in my pictures,in my last post. This guy loves to party and we are good friends. He has several cars and Alexis immediately fell in love with his White Lamborghini Aventador. He noticed it and told her she could go for a spin. So Alexis got in,and was ready to drive off.

Here she is just before she drove off. I had to capture her excitement. She has driven exotic cars before so she was in familiar territory.
So Khalfan's wife wanted to take Alexis for a ride on the highways.

We left our ladies to it and we went about our own business. Half an hour later Khalfan got a call that the ladies had been involved in a road accident. My heart stopped. It didnt skip a beat. It stopped. According to Khalfan,I began sweating profusely,my body became pale and I looked and though I had lost my soul. I don't even remember  the ride to the acciddnt scene.

I came to my senses when I saw the car.Fearing the worst. I couldnt hold my tears back. Alexis and her friend were unconscious. Bruised on her lip and forehead. Her friend suffered a fractured colar bone.

All in All I thank God because the doctors affirmed that there were no major injuries. My baby would be ok in a day or two,and Khalfans wife would be good too.

Turns out some lunatic in a truck swerved onto their lane, forcing them to swerve in an evasive attempt to avoid him, hitting the guard rail at high speed and tail spinning several times.

The authorities agreed to keep the accident away from the press, but promised to find the driver, who drove off leaving a trail of destruction.
Below is the accident scene.

Thats Alexis' hand righg now.The doctor prescribed a drip for her medication. Her head hurts :(

Kindly remember her and Khalfans wife in your prayers for quick recovery-they work wonders.
