Final Chapter of 2014

Heeyaa!

So as promised here is my last post of 2014. For some its been a long year, for some a short year, for many a very tough year. Regardless, what you did with your year was up to you and you live with the consequences, whether positive or negative.

However,we can't dwell on the past for you can't move forward looking behind. It's time to face your actions of the past year and be content for you can't change them now. You can make an effort to make 2015 your best year yet!

So anyways my family and I are rather adventurous and spontaneous. At the last minute we decided that a desert safari and camp would be the perfect way to end the year. We therefore hired 4 Toyota LandCruiser VX's and got our local friends to lead us out to a good location in the desert. We wanted a place which has the view of Dubai so that we don't miss the fireworks display at the stroke of midnight.

The day has been fun and now we are at the camp site surrounded by family, friends, cars, love and a lot of sand! Haha.
I probably wont get a chance to do this at midnight so
☆H A P P Y ⇨N E W⇨ Y E A R ☆

Here are a couple of pictures I took now, from mid day till now.
See you next year.

Last order of business

Heyya!

So Alexis and I have European marlet has dared this year. considering shifting some of our focus in terms of business ventures, propowerty investment and so on.

Our main focus is Africa because this is our home,if we dont invest in it,who will?

There is however a need to diversify. That is why if you remember I was in France not too long ago to meet with investors. Thos then got us thinking thag perhaps we should move into the European market and join my parents. They have several properties in Britain,Madrid and Munich.

As we did our research however we realized that the Euro has been doing badly in the world marktet. Stock prices have been falling at an alarming rate and many local investors are pulling out. Do you knoe what this means? Its a good time for Alexis and I to pump our money and buy stocks while the prices are down.

This may seem dumb to the everyday man,but the European market has proven to be very resilient and is bound to bounce back soon. So we are going to invest about 2million Euros into selected companies and businesses. Tip- spread your risk when engaging in risky investments.

According to my financial advisor for European market,i should be smiling by the beginning of the European financial year. Lets wait and see.

There is Alexis earlier in the day as we did our research on various world markets.
Here is a picture of how the Euro has fared this year.

Another blog post later on in about an hour or so.

Jambo From Dubai

Heeyaa!

Seasons greetings from Alexis and the rest of the fam.

First off an apology for not posting over the last few days, I have been extremely busy enjoying myself and spending time with my family. For those who have been in Dubai, you can understand. There is so much to do,so much to see,so much to buy and even less time. Its even better when you have a lot of money to spend. Haha.

Anyways,I have taken loads and loads of photos and I have a thousand posts and stories to tell y'all. Just verry little time to do it all. But I will post them all in good time. I don't want to be antisocial by burying my head in my computer/iPad blogging. So please understand :)

At the moment I am at the beach with Alexis, sun basking and enjoying the weather. Its quite sunny. Blue waters, white sands and lovely people aka Family.

Alexis says hi.

Leaving France...

Heeyaa!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU!!  Hope you are all having a wonderful time with your family and loved ones! So my business trip in France has ended and sadly it is time to leave. I really enjoyed my time here although it is quite chilly compared to Kenya!

Initially I was meant to spend Christmas in Kenya but my parents have decided that we should vacation in Dubai- my favorite vacation destination in the world! So we are off to Dubai! My parents and sister will meet Alexis' Family there. Oh yeah I forgot to mention, Alexis' family and mine are very close- in fact we are like one family. So we do almost everything together so we will all be in Dubai for vacation.

As for the rest of the C.R.E.W. they are off to their own various destinations where they will meet their families.

Here is the chopper as it arrived to pick Alexis and I. It flew us from Montpelier, where we were staying to Paris, Charles De Gaulle airport. From there we hired a private jet to fly us to Dubai as my moms private jet is all the way in Kenya ferrying my family to Dubai, where we will all meet up for the Christmas celebrations.

We were enjoying wine from Los Angeles in France- do not snitch! Haha

So right now we are waiting to takeoff. The weather here is surprisingly humid. Trying to post this a.s.a.p before we are cleared for takeoff. There is a long line of planes so i have a few minutes.

is important to note- Christmas is not about the gifts or parties, but about the time you spend with the loved ones in your life, about giving to the less fortunate, about making someone smile and be happy. So enjoy your Christmas.

The Burj Khalifa.

Heeyaa!

So we have arrived at our hotel, the Parents booked Alexis and I a royal suite. Mind you also Alexis' family is here but yeah thats how we role.

Can't type much folks I'm really tired, I'll try post more and more after I have rested enough!
Taken with my iPhone. The Burj Khalifa.
This is going to be one heck of a holiday.

Goodnight folks,

In DUBAI!!

Heeyaa!

Thank God we had a safe flight! Can never take that for granted!

So yeah!! We in Dubai finally! That flight was pretty long, thank Heavens it was in a private jet! Haha

We have literally just left the airport after 2 hours of duty free shopping with Alexis! You cannot even begin to imagine how tired I am! I am really happy to be here though. It is hot, humid and beautiful! My city of Love, Dubai!! So let me explain why I love Dubai real quick. Aside from the UK where I was born, as a young boy I rarely travelled outside Kenya. My parents wanted me to stay behind and appreciate my country and be a humble little boy before they let me branch out and begin travelling the world with them. Eventually when i turned 11 years old, they let me travel. Oh boy what an adventure it was! We went to Dubai and I immediately fell in love! So thats the story. The end! haha!

We're off to the hotel where the family is waiting for us!
I'll post in about an hour once we get to the hotel.

Greetings from France

Heeya!

Goodafternoon from France My good readers. Hope you are all enjoying your day. So as I had told you in my previous post, my business partners and I were invited to France to visit our co-investors.

So we got here on Moms private jet yesterday afternoon. Our hosts hooked us up with a private hangar to park the plane,at no expense.

They know I love a good  Rolls-Royce so they came to pick us up in a fleet of 4 Rollies. Chauffeur driven of course.

Here Is Andy,Peter,Tom,Brady and I struggling to get into the plane before the flight to France. We had a wager that the last one to get into the plane would pay for fuel. Clearly I wad the one paying haha! Oh photo credits go to the one and only,my love - Alexis

This next photo is of Alexis and I,poolside chilling. Tom took this photo. If you ever have an oopportunity to travel, even if it is within Kenya or your home coutry, take it. This world is so beautiful.

Charity begins at Home

Heeya!

So some people have been emailing me from all over the world(i dont know how they get my public E-mail, i suspect this blog haha) asking me to soo sor their charity in the UK,India, Mozambique and even Nigeria.

I have declined all offers several times. Not because I don't want to,,not because I can't, but because I'm a strong advocate of patriotism. I believe in my country. In my government. But as we Kenyans have seen, our government is not capable of everything.

There will always be that street child. That crippled old man looking to you for his next meal. And what do you do? You look away as if the problem doesn't exist. As if it is up to someone else to helo them. What would you do if it was you in that situation? Change begins with you.

So today Alexis and I were on a mission to support as many charities as we came accross. Wr started in Kibera, driving up to Eastlands and Dandora, then to Kayole and Githurai.
You Kenyans reading this are probably wondering how i even came about these neighborhoods. Well, when I was a young boy my parents would take me for drives all o er Nairobi and to these less privileged hoods. Not for any other reason but to teach me to appreciate what I have. They would tell me that it is my responsibility to help these people who were less fortunate than I am. That is how I have been raised. Alexis the same. We all love to give.

Today we gave about 1.32Milkion Kenya shillings to charities-random charities. The joy in their eyes, priceless.

Here is one of the photos I took as I waited for Alexis to come so that we could leave. Thats her baby, her Bentley in a childrens home in Githurai, Nairobi.

QUITE BUSY

Heeya!
So how are you guys doing? Anybody miss me? Or my posts atleast?

I have been extreemely busy. Contrary to popular belief,my life is not some constant party. Yes there are weeks when I just decide to spoil my friends and I and just party non-stop. There are other days when its all about work! From early morning meetings to late night dinners with clients. From site visits to going to charity homes to donate cash clothes and stuff.

So the past couple of weeks I have been really busy. One of my business partners has had a secret project in the works for months now. He has been courting some investors frim France for our Real estate peojects in Tanzania. Moreover, the investors were so impressed with our portfolio that they invited us for more meetings in France with possible investment opportunity.

As you can tell this is awesome news and as a result we went to my friends home in Runda for lunch, just to celebrate. This was a formal celebratiin though as all business partners were around,no games, just a fomal cocktail party.

Here is the baby, dressed in white,as always. Mind you my birthday is on Saturday and my parents have been letting me enjoy the Rollie for a long time now. No number plates yet. I dont know what they are up to, Hehehe.

Heeya!!

Been so so busy! I hope all of you are good and enjoying your Jamhuri day weekend.

This weekend reminds me to be very grateful for the people who fought for our independence. Our freedom fighters. We are grateful.

I am 100% Kenyan and I AM PROUD! I was meant to travel to Dubai this weekend but I Decided to stay back and celebrate Jamhuri Day Weekend.

So we are going to Maasai Mara to have fun and celebrate!

Enjoy your Jamhuri weekend and Stay Safe!

Out for Dinner.

Heeyaa!

It's been a busy day! Started off at the Karen Country was having brunch with a client of mine. This guy deals in mega transportation. He(or rather his company) has 5 freight ships, two oil tankers. Their ships do transportation of cargo between Africa and Asia. The oil tankers, 1 between South America and Europe, and the other mainly from the Middle East to Australia. This guy seems to have it all. He told me his net worth. I can't even deal.

Anyways, so I was to meet him at Karen Country Club and have lunch with him as we waited for my parents to come and join us. They had been in Hong Kong. They arrived this morning and were at home freshening up and all, before they came. Yes, when its work time, its work time. I also insisted that they should rest and perhaps take the day off. What! My dad said holidays and weekends are their days off. So I re battled by saying "..aren't you guys sleepy?"
My mom replied, "Emirates were kind enough to ensure that we enjoyed our sleep in our private first class suites on board the A380..." I really couldnt argue with that.

Oh so for those who are wondering, they flew from Hong Kong to Dubai on an Emirates A380, first class as mom has clearly stated above. They then joined some of their business partners in Dubai and flew back together on my moms private plane. (pictures in a future post).

Aaaaaniways, so the parents came, we had our meeting at The Country Club and that was that. The business meeting was quite successful and as a result Alexis had the idea that we should surprise my parents with dinner at Laico Regency, just about an hour ago. They agreed and are getting ready as I write this post,

I had Ronald pull up the white baby out the side of the house, then I gave him the night off. Im driving the White baby, the Rollie, tonight, I'm the chauffeur, Alexis is the Bodyguard and my parents are the bosses, as usual!
Theres the baby,,

Enjoy your night folks,

Party Time Country Style!

Heeyaa!

Its Saturday. The crew is here. We're in Narok. There's food. There's drinks. There's SUN. There's music. There's a swimming pool. Ohh yeah you guessed it! POOL PARTY TIME!

So this is just going to be a short post, Alexis called a special vet to look at her horse as it has been ill for a couple of days. The vet said he is busy until Monday morning, so that's the only time he will be available. So for now he has just told us to administer some medicine. Ohh, the horse is called Racine pronounced Rashinee.

So Alexis is a little bummed out but I know a party always gets her happy. I may also have bought her a new necklace but that's a story for another day.

Here we are at the pool, located at the ranch. The sun is out magnificently today. The crew is here and its time to have an EPIC BLAST!

Excuse the bales of hay, but we have several horses at the ranch.

Enjoy your weekend people. Remember to love the life you live, and live the life you love! Seize the day. Carpe Diem.

Travel Light?

Heeyaa!

So today morning Alexis got a call that one of her horses at the Narok Country home isnt doing too well. As you know, we always look for any excuse to travel so we decided "Lets go to Narok!"
We called the crew and they were down for the trip. They never say no. Neither do we. Haha.

So after breakfast Alexis and I got our bags packed. Since we were only going for a few days I packed a small bag, because I have sooo many other clothes there. Alexis also has clothes there but she doesnt know anything about 'Travelling light'. Its a rumor in her world. Oh! There are two of Alexis' friends staying with us, her former classmates from high school. They're also travelling with us. I see this is going to be a huge party weekend in Narok. Time will tell. Anyways here are the ladies bags in the hallway, then my bag,
There's my small bag at the right-hand end of the picture, here ^

So the ladies got out(late as usual) and at about 10.45 a.m we filled up the tank at Shell petrol station Karen and off we went to Narok! We had the chef prepare for us a multitude of snacks only comparable to 6 Star fine dinning. Oh and i didnt mention, we travelled in a 2010 Range Rover vogue, my perfect choice for long journeys.

So after about 3 hours on the road we arrived at our Narok Home. So happy to be here, cause last I was here was sometime mid 2013 I think.
Here we are before we set off for Narok, just after fuelling the car.
*Team Selfie At least this time I showed you my smile ;)
Then as always Alexis is riding shot-gun and the lovely ladies at the back. There's Samantha and Marrie(in pink). As stated in my previous posts I cant expose my identity, nor can i expose Alexis' and my family, for obvious reasons.
The rest of the crew followed behind, we were all in Rangerovers. Mine was white and there were 2 other Rovers, one black one and a Red one.

Fast forward to 3 hours later and we had arrived at Narok.
aaaand here we are! Took this just when we arrived. Still got some fuel, so i have some left to spoil myself and maybe just enough fuel to spoil Alexis, haha.

Tomorrow we party! For now, sleep, so so tired.

The C.R.E.W

Heeyaa!

So I promised I would write a post about the crew. Now these here hommies are what I would call my day 1. These people have been with me through thick and thin. They have always supported me and as such are my number 1 support system outside from my immediate family.

We all have those friends who would lie in court to save you. The type of friends whom you consider your family. The type pf friends you can't go an hour without thinking about. The type of friends who have seen you through every special moment in your life. The type of friends who have been around at all your birthdays, the ones who helped you when you were bullied in high school, and the ones who helped you beat up your bullies once you went to the gym and got muscles. The type of friends who almost burned your moms kitchen when they thought they were cooks. The type of friends who help you fix your dads Range Rover when you stole it at 15 years and wrecked it at the gate before you really went anywhere and you only had one night to fix it before they returned from their business trip. Haha that in itself is a story for another day.

Basically, these guys have my back and I have theirs too, till the grave! Our parents are close friends, our family members are friends, we Vacation together, We play together, We make money together, We all live in the same neighbourhood, we live and love together.

So here we are Vacationing off the South of France Last Summer(i.e this year Summer). Location- Montpellier,France. This was our first day, we had just arrived that morning.

So thats the main crew,
From the left,
1. Peter,
2. Andy
3. Talissa
4. Tom( Talissa boyfriend)
5. Mr Fox. aka Me, Rich ;) hiding my face cause I wasn't wearing sun glasses,
6. Brady and 7. Mark( Twins, my cousins) and thats their mom 8., Aunt Elsie
9. Jamie in the red vest( Alexis' small brother)
and finally,
10. Alexis, saved the best for last. My love, my gf, my future wife,,my ALL. She looks good in blonde right?
11. Photo credits go to Uncle Tom, he doesn't love photos as much as we do so he opted to take the picture.

My parents and Sister had gone for shopping while we stayed back at the hotel to sun bask and soak in Gods Glory.
So basically on a day to day basis, its everybody else apart from Aunt Elsie, Brady and Mark. Also missing from the picture are Peter and Andy's girlfriends, they missed their flight due to work(they had a work-related project that prevented them from travelling with us) but they joined us two days later. We stayed in France for a month before we came back. Next week Thursday i'll post some more pictured from out time in France.

Enjoy your evening and dont forget,

Keep Winning, Stay Winning,

The Sun was OUT Today

Heeyaa!

So after my rant yesterday about the weather I woke up expecting pretty much the same crappy gloomy weather. Anyways so as usual by the time I woke up it was overcast, something like 16 degrees out and the wind wanted to let me know who's in charge.

Meanwhile, I went for golf with my business partner(check previous posts). Fast track to the afternoon and the sun was out!! Duuuuuuude! I called Ronald to come pick me up, destination- the pool at home! While on the way home, I called up the crew and told them the plan was on- pool party at mine! Alexis called her girls as well. I then called the chef and told him to prepare a feast- the sun was out and we were going to celebrate! Haha.Yupp, that's us, we look for every reason to celebrate and throw a party because trust me, this life can be so stressful, you have to find a way to release that pressure, as often as possible.

We got home in about an hour, Ronald was practically cruising on the SuperHighway and Ngong' road wasn't too bad either. I would like to rant about the new Imposed 50Km/H Speed limit but I don't have time for that.

So I got home and found the crew already at the house. There was chicken on the grill, wine from the cellar was brought up and good house music playing! We got into our costumes and jumped in! It was such a lovely afternoon. We had to milk every last minute of that sunshine.

We also got the rifles out and we were shooting pucks. A little activity I picked up while on holiday in Fort Worth, Texas, last December. You see, the good thing(and maybe bad as well) is that having a large compound lets you shoot guns all afternoon without alarming your neighbours or inviting the cops over. It may be bad cause in the event of a robbery, but.. the way our security system is set up..haha..the armed guards,GSU patrol and above all, GOD watching over us,I think we are pretty safe. :) Alexis told me to avoid smileys but blaaah!

Here are pictures form this afternoon. We're now just chilling in the game room playing pool. I'll post some pics of the home inside later on tonight as requested by Mr. Anonymous haha.
So there is Tom and Talissa. Part of the crew. Which reminds me, I was meant to write a post about my crew, oops. Will do that ASAP. I took this picture with my GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition Camera. Awesome machine

That's Brady and I shooting pucks. The wind wanted us to know 'it was still in control' but the Sun was out and that's all that mattered. I'm in the red shorts and yes.. you may have noticed I cut my hair( because I had a very important business meeting that I told you about already).Pay no attention to the sheep, that's a story for another day

#ThrowbackThursday

Heeyaa!

Earlier in the morning Alexis and I went to play golf with a potential partner. Obviously I made him look good i.e I played badly to massage his ego so that he may be inclined to agree to my business proposal. He suggested we have one more meeting before we put pen to paper. Things are looking good.

So here's a throwback picture from when we went to pick the new Rolls Royce from the Jomo Kenyatta international aiport. It arrived at about 8 am. My parents sent Alexis and I to go and check it out. Our guy at the KRA-Kenya Revenue Authority- had already sent the relevant papers after mom sent the final payment.

This car will replace my parents' old rolls royce ghost that they bought in 2008. The black one that we've had here in Nairobi all this time. It was sold and they have upgraded. Funny thing though, they had the option to buy an either a black one(for Dad) or a red one(for Mom) but they bought a white one. It's funny because only my cars are white. Whats even funnier is that my birthday is a day before christmas.. Ohh My. This will be an interesting christmas.

There were no journalists but somehow someone(probably those workers at JKIA posted the pics online.) My parents were so cross with me, thinking I leaked the pictures. So i'll post one pic that I found, then a couple of others I took a few days ago(because you have to keep the haters on their toes.)
My dad got these photos and asked me how this happened yet I was there. I almost got into trouble. People have to stop this behavior of posting other peoples cars.
That awkward moment when your parents new car pops up online even before you post the pics.

So there is the New Rollie and My uncles Bentley Continental at My parents office Basement parking. I took this picture last Saturday(yeah they work on Saturday). If you reside in Westlands you may have seen these cars. They get to the office very early and leave very late. Be on the look out. You doubt it.. We're living it baby.

Off to play Golf with a potential Business Partner.

Heeyaa!

Good Morning people. Rise and grind.
Today I'm up early because I have a meeting with a very important  client. This guy wants to invest in shares in my Real Estate project in Tanzania. He wants to put about 60 million Kenyan shillings in the project. That would give us substantial impetus in the project and push back the project time frame by 3 months. So I'm meeting him over a game of golf at the Muthaiga Golf Club. I better make him look good. Ha! That's business.

That may not sound like much but in real estate business, it makes a world of difference. Time is everything. My parents have taught me that if you can deliver a product/project/service in the required time-frame or earlier, your reliability factor goes up. Business chatter grows and more people will consider your company for projects as you can deliver on time.

Ronald(parents driver for the past 5 years) pulled up the Mercedes CLS out for me. Its Dad's everyday car but today im cruising in it. Alexis is riding back left cause she is my Queen, I dont midn where I sit,
Time to go and make money. Good day people.

Ujaluo itaua **Castro.

Heeyaa!

First off..ndio,najua Kiswahili. As I told you, my family have lived here for 3 generations and I consider myself Kenyan to the core. I also watch Kenyan comedy and hence the title of this evenings post.

There has been a lot of chatter online about the "first Lamborghini " landing in Kenya. There are even videos on YouTube. Funny thing is, its not the first, nor the second, nor the third! So many people own Lambo's in Kenya. Been seeing them at my parents' friends home for years, since I was 15. I don't even know how they are being recognized now. Ohh wait, the owners are in a Secret Billionaires society. Haha.

Anyways, so my friend called **Castro(not his real name obviously) gave me a call. He saw my blog post earlier this morning and decided that I was bored. So he invited me to The Hemmingways to have dinner with him and his wife.

Since The Hemmingways is literally a few minutes away from home, I ended up getting there early. Alexis was riding shot-gun as usual. So we got there and had wine as we waited for Castro et al to arrive.

They arrived at about 7pm. Right on time. He called me to go meet him outside. Members of The Society(Of secrete Billionaires) usually meet their guests outside before walking in together. So yeah, I went and met him. What I saw blew my mind. He arrived in a green Lamborghini! The very same one that had landed at the Mombasa port about a week ago(-insert song here-). He looked so fresh !

He was dressed in an Italian suit and his lady the same.Looking quite dapper. That's all they ever wear! So he jumped out and said "The Lord Has been good to me this year.." and I couldn't agree more. Mind you he is 25 years old, comes from a middle class family, grew up in Kileleshwa and now he's a millionaire. He made his money trading stocks and shares, not only locally but also abroad. He breadened his borders and is now enjoying the fruits. That was to motivate y'all.

I asked him for a pic and this is all he let me take since the video is already out there.
Look at those lights. My gosh. So proud of **Castro.

This bi-polar weather.

Heeyaa!

I'm not so happy today. The crew and I were meant to go swimming today, not anywhere fancy but just at the backyard. Sometimes we just want to stay home and enjoy ourselves. But we can't. Know why?? THE WEATHER DOESN'T WANT TO DECIDE.

I mean surely, it's December. Its meant to be shinning. Its meant to be hot and we're meant to be partying everyday. The weather though..sucks! I mean I woke up and looked outside and i saw over cast. We could always go to Malindi and enjoy the weather there..or we could just go to Dubai and spend the month there until this Kenyan weather decides what it wants.

Infact, I might just do that but I have a series of business meetings with so many people over the course of the next two weeks I really cant afford to travel.Mainly because the people I have meetings with can't reschedule. It's either you meet with them even if it's at your inconvenience, because if you miss the opportunity, it will probably take several months before you can get another one.

So here is a throwback picture I took on the coast of Dubai earlier this year when Alexis and I went to surprise her mom on her birthday. I miss Dubai. Can't wait for these meetings to be over so I can just go already! Booo Kenyan weather! You suck( but I love my country).
Notice how the sky is blue, few clouds but still quite lovely weather. #Throwback.

Aftermath of the Yacht Party

Heeyaa!

Hope y'all had a smashing weekend like I did. So let me give y'all a little update, about the yacht party. We were out at sea from mid-day Saturday to yesterday evening. Yes, we partied on the yacht for a whooooole 24 hours. Maan, it was crazy.

At first it was just my crew and I, plus some other rich friends we had invited. That brought us to about 40 people. It was all swell. The DJs were rocking, there was endless supply of drinks and food and the lights shows were amazing. We got multi-colour light displays under the water so we could see what was going on in the sea. Such a majestic sight.

Anyways at about 2AM one of the guys we had invited decided to leave so he called his chopper and he left. We thought he had gone completely. Shock on us. His chopper returned about an hour later, and not with him alone, he went to some club called Casablanca in Mombasa and got like 10 random people to join him. We were a bit skeptical at first cause we don't like strangers but we're not snobs so they came on board. Boy- don't these Coastarians know how to throw it down! These dudes came and showed us how to party- Coast Style! They taught us several dance moves..ohh! It was such a swell time! They didn't stay for too long and by crack of dawn they had left on Charlie's chopper.

So we watched the sun rise, at sea. Not even worried about a thing. It was such a majestic time, I'm glad Alexis was with me. It was totally a moment for lovers. And it pretty much was cause all the singles were..umm.. "missing in action" or engaged in other "battles". Either way the view was amazing and I didn't capture it for you guys as there was still a strict "No Technology/Devices" policy. Hmph, about that by the way..

So right after my last post on Saturday I was busted carrying my laptop. I had just finished the post and I was going to hide it, thinking no one had seen me. So, as per the deal, they broke my Mac Book!!! As in they literally took it and bashed it against the yachts guard rail. Just like that it was destroyed. I couldn't even deal. LOL Joke. I'm not the type to get attached to material things cause they are here in abundance and hold no sentimental value anyways("says the guy with 6 luxury cars haha" _Alexis). I wasn't too happy though cause it was kind of immature for them to literally break it. Worst of all is that no one ele had carried any devices so I'm the only one who lost out. That didn't spoil my mood and I had a great party either way.

I'm also really grateful for the Kenya Navy/Coast Guard who were with us from Saturday afternoon, all through the night as we partied till Sunday evening as we sailed back to Malindi. There's no telling what could have happened to us with all these Somali pirates lurking in the shadows. To be honest though- some of my friends were fascinated by the fact that we could have been attacked at any point especially at dawn. They're twisted like that.

We spent last night in Malindi and flew back this morning. Back to grinding and making money.

Ohh and I woke up to a beautiful gift from Alexis, the iPhone 6! She said she noticed that i wasn't too happy about them smashing my Mac Book especially since she is the one who ratted me out. Love this girl to bits! x
so here's my spoilt lappy. Since all my data is on my iCloud account i just threw it away. Bought a new one today.

What got me really happy though, was the iPhone 6 from Alexis. Christmas all year round. :)
Found this on my bed side when I woke up. Fellas, when you get a good girl, you will not only know it, but you will experience it every day of your life.

2 Yachts ;)

Heeyaa!

So as promised in my previous post, here are pics of the yachts.
We're currently somewhere off the coast of Malindi, some few hundred kilometers in a private location where only the Secret Billionaires who reside in Malindi and their friends who are also Billionaires know about. Basically, if you're not in the Kenyan Billionaires Secret Club, you can not sail in these waters. This area is highly guarded by the trusted Kenyan Navy at a high premium, for the luxury and safety of the billionaires who sail here to "play" and relax.

I really can't write much as we're still on a "No Technology/Devices" policy and im literally breaking the rules. The consequence- the device gets smashed immediately.Right now im using my iPhone for the pictures and Macbook to post. Im taking such a huge risk!

Brunch With Alexis in Malindi

Heyaaa!

Good Morning,
Hope y'all are having a good Saturday?

So as i told you, today is all about partying!  We're already warming up for the yacht party.Been a week of hard work. After signing the huge real estate contract in Tanzania and making potentially 6 dollar figures. Yup, somewhere in the millions of dollars. Its basically my company's money but i do get to spend it, after all, I pay myself. (Yea; Take a hint- invest in Real Estate- be smart about it though)

Meanwhile, I took this pic as Alexis and I were having brunch as we woke up late. We had a late night yesterday. We basically stayed on the beach around a bonfire, eating and chilling with the crew. And there was a strict "No Technology/Devices" policy at the bonfire. Basically meaning my friends and I were to keep all our phones, laptops and iPod's away and just enjoy each other's company. Trevor had his guitar and we sung all sorts of songs all up until 3 AM. We then went to sleep at the beach house.Yeah, so that's the reason we woke up late.

Since we're at the coast we got the chef to prepare for us some Japanese-styled sea food. My favorite is the sauteed prawns and rice.. among others. I don't bother to know the names of the other foods we were having, as long as there was no octopus, squid, raw snake and so on,i was down to eat it all! Excuse my ignorance but I only eat seafood because of Alexis.

I'll post pics of the yacht once we are on board, pretty much in a few hours.

Enjoy your weekend.

Sunset In Malindi,

Heeyaa!

So i got a kind of sad text from a friend of mine saying "Dude,,, New Years EVE Beachlife party has been CANCELLED." Haha i know you were thinking it was something serious, but oh well, this is. Apparently the New years Party usually held in Mombasa will not be taking place this year. My crew and I always frequent this joint because Kenyan Parties are all we ever want.

The crew and I met up at the Hemmingways for lunch and after a short deliberation, we decided to go to Malindi for the weekend(and the whole of next week as well) just to keep the 'sad news' out of our minds. It goes without stay that we could literally wake up and decide to go to any city we feel like and party our brains out, as we do every other month, but thats not the plan for this weekend, because nothing beats a party in your home country. I really do mean it, I've been to Mykonos, Miami, London, Paris, Dubai even Hong Kong! you name it. But Nothing and I mean Nothing beats a Kenyan Beach Party. Yupp. We're that spontaneous. We meet. Decide. Fly.

So we got here in my Parents private plane(I'll post pictures when we're flying back.) We landed in Malindi something like 2pm(No one really bothers to check the time when you are having fun..)

It isn't all fun and games though. No, i lied. Tomorrow morning we're heading to the port, to get ontop the yatch to go sport fishing and then have a swell party on the Yatch deck with a couple of friends. Its going to be E.P.I.C. Cant wait.

Here I am enjoying the sunset at our beach in Malindi, enjoying the suns last few rays of the day. Cherish every moment.

Rich Living in Dar

Heeya!
Hope your day is going well.
So after Alexis and I got home we were looking at the blog. It then hit us that we(ok I) havnt posted any pics of the Dar Villa.
So yeah its time i post the pics,
Just a small breakdown;
The red cars are Moms Favourites
The black & grey ones are Dads Favourites
And the white ones are..yes,you guessed it,MINE!
My little sister doesn't own any cars yet, she's just 14 but I mean, she probably won't need to buy any cars, atleast, not for now.
For those of you who missed it,read my previous posts to understad why we as a family decide to keep our luxury cars in Tanzania.
Thats not to say that we do not keep any luxury cars in Kenya.(Laughs)
So here are the pics, you may have seen them somewhere ...now you know.(Excuse my bad photoshop skills, had to hide the number plates and I'm not exactly a photo-shop genius).

Lamborghini at Serengeti

Heeeeya!

So for the last two days Alexis(The Girlfriend ) and I have been in Dar es Salaam. We flew here First Class on a Swiss Airlines Flight from Nairobi last evening.Im sure most of you didn't even know Swiss Airlines have a service from Nairobi to Dar.

Well,we came here because I had an important business meeting with a large real estate firm. So the meeting was basically concerning my investment on some property at the Coast of Dar. I had already discussed the investment with my parents and as usual they gave me the go ahead to sign the cheque.

We sealed a deal of $3 million. I can't share furtger details at this time.

So after a successful morning Alexis and I went back to the house for a heavy brunch We then decided to go to the Serengeti for a lovely afternoon. As i told you in one of my previous posts, my parents keep most of their luxury cars in Tanzania because the roads are perfect for the low, fast and luxurious Italian SuperCars.

We had the choice to go with the Range Rover Vogue 2013 ,the Range Sport 2014 or the Discovery 2012, but guess what Alexis wanted to go with..?

The Lamborghini Murcielago(the Marcy)! Haha. Yes she decided that we should go to the park in a car that has a ground clearance of something like 4 inches.

Nevertheless she gets what she wants and we went. We were able to get an excellent guide who took us through some smooth paths and the Marcy survived. We're still at the park.
Enjoy your day.

Stay Winning.

Where we hide every night,

So I decided just to post a picture of our beautiful home from the back. Was chilling alone near the pool and i took this pic just before i went for a dip, the sun was crazy today! But before the picture, just a little bit of facts;

Apart from our home in Karen because we have other homes, one in Malindi,Kenya.(of course, cause thats the billionaires central location and play place and it has close proximity to the airport where mom's plane is usually parked). We also have a home in Narok(where the ranch is), more like our country home but we also have an island somewhere on Lake Victoria where we hail from. My great grand father settled there when he came from The UK way back then, and that has been our "rural" home ever since. Although there is nothing rural about the island, haha! Then finally our home in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. We spend a fair bit of time there every few months or so. Plus that is where Dad and Mom keep most of their fancy sports cars because,,well.. its safer according to them, plus the roads there favor their Ferrari's. Dads words not mine. Plus, Mom is Tanzanian and she loves Dar, so yeah. I'll post the houses soon enough.

So heres the Karen Villa;

A little about me,,

Heyaaa!

So yesterday my girlfriend and I were having breakfast at The Hemmingways Hotel in Karen Nairobi, just as we always do every Weekend after our morning workout.  Anyways, so as we were watching the sun rise, my girlfriend mentioned to me how lucky she was to be with me. Furthermore, she mentioned how interesting it would be for Kenyans to have a glimpse into our life.

It is then that i realized that I should start a blog. Not to brag or anything, but to give people a sneak peak into my life, how it is to be the son of a Kenyan billionaire power couple. She(the girlfriend) said that aside from my circle of friends(whom i will introduce at a later date)are the only ones who really know how it is to be in the position that I am in. Moreover she said it would be a good idea to let people know just how we live..the things we do for fun..the places we visit..because people always have this misconstrued view of wealthy people, plus she said blogging is fun! Ohh well.. its always worth a try. :)

So here I am, im letting you into my life.. to read and imagine how my life is,,

OK so what first...Mmh, Oh yeah OK, So my name is Richard(Cant share my surname for obvious security reasons.) ;)

Im 20 yrs old, born in July 23,1994 at St. Mary's Hospital, Westminister London.( I'd post the video of my birth here but that would be too much now, wouldn't it? hahaa)
Im an entrepreneur by birth,by right, by association, be relation, by blood,,because..i don't need to work for anyone(aside from my parents because my they are the pillars of my success.) I mean, they are the billionaire couple, not me.. Im running several of my Parents' businesses. I have a couple of businesses of my own, beer transportation and distribution, a ranch in Narok County,Kenya, a coffee Import&Export company and an International Property Investor and Realtor( best part of my life because I get to travel..A LOT!)

Mmh,,what else..? Oh! I have a small sister who is the most spoilt child in the World! Oh and I stay in Karen on a 10-acre ranch that has been our family home for 3 generations now(passed down from my grandfather). Id really like to share a lot more but my parents are realle conscious of the information we share with the public due to safety & security reasons so I will keep the sensitive info to a minimum. I know what you're asking yourself and yes, they do know about this blog. In-fact when the Girlfriend(I'll introduce her to y'all a little later) ran the idea by them, they encouraged my to open the blog. They've been ever so supportive in all that I've wanted to to..my WHOLE LIFE.

Ok, so my girlfriend is called Alexis and we have been dating for the past 5 years, friends since we were 3 years old. Her parents and mine have been business partners for over 30 years(I think we are already in an arranged marriage but that's a story for another day.. Haha!)

So.. about pictures, I'll only post those that don't expose my(or my families) identity for reasons stated above.

Ohh and one more important thing, due to the nature of my business, I may post about thrice a week 'cause i get really busy but i'll post as much as I can because its a new experience for me and I'd like y'all to share the experience with me.

Keep Winning,
#Rich.
